About the Sky Ridge Vehicle Bridge Project
The Sky Ridge Vehicle bridge extension project includes road, bridge and utility infrastructure improvements to Sky Ridge Avenue from the intersection of Trainstation Circle, east, and crossing over I-25 (15 feet south of the I-25 light rail bridge). This vehicle bridge will maintain two lanes of traffic in each direction along with a bike lane. Substantial completion is slated for December 2018. The contractor, Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Inc. (BBII), will not extend the roadway to RTD’s Lone Tree City Center Station; this will take place in the future at the developer’s discretion.
